Velxa LLC ("Velxa") provides independent durability intelligence on named companies, built from public signal. This policy explains what information Velxa collects through velxa.ai, why, and the choices available.
What Velxa collects
Velxa collects only what a visitor provides and a minimal set of technical data needed to run the site.
Information provided directly. When a visitor submits the request form or books a call, Velxa receives the details entered: name, work email, company or target name, the type of decision the request supports, timeline, the product of interest, and any note added. Booking a call is handled through a third party scheduling provider and is subject to that provider's own policy.
Technical information. Like most websites, velxa.ai records standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. Velxa uses essential and analytics cookies only. Velxa does not use advertising cookies and does not run third party ad tracking.
Why Velxa uses it
Velxa uses the information to respond to requests, scope and deliver the work, operate and secure the site, and improve what the site offers. Velxa does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising.
Who Velxa shares it with
Velxa shares information only with service providers that help run the business, such as site hosting, form handling, scheduling, email, and payment processing, and only to the extent each provider needs to perform its function. Velxa may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Velxa or others. If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
A note on Velxa's research
Velxa's reports analyze companies using public information. The research product itself does not rely on personal information collected through this site. Site data described in this policy relates to visitors and prospective clients, not to the subjects of Velxa's research.
Data retention
Velxa keeps request and client information for as long as needed to provide the work and to meet legal, accounting, and record keeping obligations, then deletes or anonymizes it.
Choices and rights
A visitor may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information Velxa holds about them by contacting support@velxa.ai. Depending on location, additional rights may apply under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to opt out of certain processing. Velxa honors these requests as required by applicable law. Most browsers also allow cookies to be limited or blocked.
Security
Velxa uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so Velxa cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
velxa.ai is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. Velxa does not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Velxa may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page.
