Questions

Asked before the first name.

01What do I send after payment?

The names and the context. One name for a Single Brief, up to five for a pack, up to 25 for a sweep. A line of context per name helps, and is not required. The checkout confirmation carries the exact next step.

02How long does delivery take?

A Single Brief lands in 3 to 5 business days. A Portfolio Sweep lands in 7 to 10. Pack cadence is agreed after checkout, and watchlist memos follow a monthly cycle. Every window is confirmed on reply before work starts.

03Can Velxa review private materials?

Standard scopes use open-web evidence only, which is what keeps the read independent. Private materials fit inside a scoped Enterprise / Custom workflow where appropriate, agreed in advance.

04Is this investment advice?

No. Velxa provides evidence and review materials. It is not investment advice, not a credit rating, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, lend, price, or transact.

05Can I expense this as research or review support?

Most teams book it as research, diligence support, or review support. Invoices state the scope and deliverable plainly, so the line item reads the way the work does.

06What happens if scope changes?

Scope is confirmed before work starts. If the ask grows mid-work, more names, more depth, a faster window, the desk re-confirms price and timeline before continuing. No silent overages.

07Can I start with one brief and upgrade?

Yes. Most teams start with one name and let the format prove itself. Moving to a pack, a sweep, or a watchlist afterward is a reply, not a renegotiation.
